Frequently asked questions
At Beitouti, every frame is crafted exclusively for you, made on request, never off a shelf. Here is why a deposit is sometimes required before we begin:
- Made-to-order production : With over 250 designs and up to 70 size and material variants per product, the number of possible combinations exceeds 17,000. Stocking every variant in advance is not feasible, so each order is manufactured only after confirmation, ensuring zero compromise on quality or freshness of materials.
- Free customization : We offer complimentary customization for both the printed design and the wood finish. These bespoke adjustments are unique to your order and cannot be restocked or resold, so a deposit protects both sides of the transaction.
- Location-based shipping logistics : Delivery conditions vary significantly across governorates. Confirming your order with a deposit allows us to coordinate the most suitable and reliable shipping method for your specific location before production begins.
The deposit is fully applied toward your total — it is never an extra charge. Once your order is confirmed, our team gets to work immediately to deliver your frame as quickly as possible.
Absolutely. Every frame at Beitouti is made to order, and customization is completely free of charge. Here is what you can personalize:
- Wood finish — Choose from our available finishes including Walnut, Honey, White, Natural Wood, Black, and Brown. Simply mention your preferred color when placing your order or reach out to us via WhatsApp.
- Printed design — Not happy with the default artwork? You can request a different design from our catalogue, upload your own photo or artwork, or ask our team for a custom layout tailored to your space.
All customization requests are handled personally by our team. Once your preferences are confirmed, we begin production immediately so your frame arrives exactly as you envisioned it.
Yes! We built a dedicated tool exactly for this. Our Panel Frame Calculator lets you enter your panel dimensions and instantly get the ideal frame size that fits perfectly inside — no measuring guesswork needed.
Colors on screens can vary depending on your display's brightness, calibration, and color profile — so what you see on your device may look slightly different from the final printed piece. This is completely normal and applies to all print-based products across any provider.
Here is what we do to keep colors as close as possible:
- Professional-grade printing — We use high-resolution, color-managed printing equipment calibrated to reproduce accurate, vibrant tones across a wide color gamut.
- Quality materials — Our printing substrate and inks are selected specifically to maintain color depth and longevity, so prints look rich under real room lighting rather than just under a screen.
- Wood finish samples — Finish colors (Walnut, Honey, Black, etc.) may carry natural grain variations — that is the beauty of real wood. The product photos on each listing are taken under studio lighting and represent the actual finish as closely as possible.
If you have a specific color-matching concern before ordering, reach out to us via WhatsApp and we will be happy to share real photos of the print or finish you have in mind.

Why Beitouti?
Details that make the difference.
The material
Natural wood — solid and built to last.
Every frame starts as Swedish wood — dense, stable, and resistant to warping over time. The finish is transparent, so it highlights the wood's natural grain instead of hiding it.
The front
Glass or acrylic — your choice.
Clear glass gives a classic finish and protects your print from dust and humidity. Acrylic is lighter and shatter-resistant — perfect for high-traffic spaces or kids' rooms.
Both are cut precisely to your frame's exact size.
Colors
Frame color, your way.
Not every home speaks the same style — that's why we offer a range of colors to match your décor. From warm natural wood, to crisp white, to modern black, to fully custom colors on request.
Every color is a high-quality paint bonded to the wood — it won't crack or peel over time.
Installation service
We'll come install it at your home.
No need to worry about hanging or measuring — our specialized team comes to your home and installs the frames precisely and professionally. We calculate the spacing, level everything, and make sure your wall looks flawless.
Installation service is available across Greater Cairo — add it while completing your order.
Delivery
Arrives safe — or we take it back.
We wrap every frame in multiple layers of protection so it arrives exactly as it left our workshop. If anything's off when it arrives, contact us and we'll take full responsibility.
