2. Made-to-Order Products

Many Beitouti products are manufactured or prepared after the order is confirmed.

For made-to-order products, production usually starts after:

Deposit or payment is received, if required
Customer confirms size, color, design, and delivery information

Because these products are prepared specifically for the customer, delivery time may be affected by production stages such as printing, cutting, framing, finishing, packaging, and quality checks.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery time may vary by location and product type.

Estimated delivery time is usually between 7 to 15 working days, depending on order details and operational conditions.

Some orders may be delivered earlier, while custom, large, or high-volume orders may require additional time.

If there is any expected delay, Beitouti will try to notify the customer as soon as possible.

4. Delivery Coverage

Beitouti may offer delivery to different areas inside Egypt, depending on available shipping partners and operational coverage.

Delivery availability, cost, and estimated time may vary depending on the customer’s location.

For some areas, delivery may require additional fees or extra time.

5. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated based on factors such as:

6. Large or Fragile Items

Beitouti takes care to package products securely, but the customer should inspect the order upon delivery.

7. Customer Information

The customer is responsible for providing accurate delivery information, including:

Phone number
Complete address
Area / city
Floor and apartment number, if applicable
Google Maps location, if available
Any special delivery notes

Beitouti is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery details.

8. Delivery Attempts

Our delivery team or shipping partner may contact the customer before delivery.

If the customer does not respond, is unavailable, refuses to receive the order, or provides an incorrect address, delivery may be delayed or cancelled.

Additional delivery fees may apply for repeated delivery attempts.

9. Inspection Upon Delivery

The customer should inspect the product upon delivery before accepting it whenever possible.

If the product arrives damaged or there is a visible issue with the packaging, the customer should report the issue immediately and provide clear photos or videos.

Damage or delivery issues should be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order.

10. Damaged During Shipping

If an item arrives damaged due to shipping or handling, the customer should contact Beitouti within 48 hours and provide:

Clear photos or videos of the damaged product
Photos of the packaging
Description of the issue

If the issue is confirmed, Beitouti may offer a replacement, repair, refund, or suitable solution depending on the case.

11. Installation Service

For some products, Beitouti may offer installation service in selected areas for an additional fee.

Installation availability depends on:

Customer location
Product type
Team availability
Order schedule

Installation fees are separate from shipping fees unless clearly stated otherwise.

12. Delays

Delivery may be delayed due to reasons outside Beitouti’s control, including:

14. Refused or Unclaimed Orders

If the customer refuses to receive the order after it has been prepared or shipped, or if the order cannot be delivered due to no response, incorrect address, or customer unavailability, any paid deposit or shipping fees may not be refundable.
