Cancellation Policy

At Beitouti, we understand that plans can change. We strive to make the cancellation process fair and transparent for both our customers and our production team.

1. Order Cancellation Before Production

Orders may be canceled free of charge within 24 hours of placing the order, provided production has not started.

A full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

2. Custom-Made & Personalized Products

As most Beitouti products are manufactured or customized specifically for each customer, orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.

This includes:

  • Custom sizes
  • Custom colors or finishes
  • Personalized products
  • Made-to-order furniture and décor

Custom-made products are generally not eligible for cancellation or return after production starts.

3. Orders in Production

If a cancellation request is received after production has started but before completion, Beitouti may approve the cancellation at its discretion.

If approved, a cancellation fee may be deducted to cover materials, labor, and administrative costs already incurred.

4. Orders That Have Been Shipped

Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be canceled.

Customers may be eligible for a return in accordance with the Beitouti Return & Refund Policy. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is:

  • Damaged during delivery
  • Defective due to manufacturing issues
  • Different from the item ordered

Please contact Beitouti within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the issue. We will review the claim and arrange a replacement, repair, or refund when applicable.

6. Cancellation by Beitouti

Beitouti reserves the right to cancel an order in exceptional circumstances, including:

  • Product unavailability
  • Pricing or technical errors
  • Delivery restrictions
  • Suspected fraudulent activity

In such cases, customers will receive a full refund.

7. Refused Delivery or Change of Mind After Dispatch

Once a customer confirms shipment and the order is handed over to the shipping company, the order is considered dispatched.

If the customer later changes their mind and:

  • Refuses delivery,
  • Is unavailable to receive the shipment after multiple delivery attempts, or
  • Requests cancellation while the order is already out for delivery,

Beitouti reserves the right to deduct the actual shipping, return shipping, handling, and restocking costs from any eligible refund.

For custom-made, personalized, or made-to-order products, no refund will be issued if the customer refuses delivery after the order has been dispatched, except where required by applicable consumer protection laws.

If the shipment is returned to Beitouti due to customer refusal or non-delivery caused by the customer, any re-delivery request may require payment of a new shipping fee.
