At Beitouti, some products are made-to-order, customized, or prepared based on the customer’s selected size, color, material, design, or specifications. For this reason, we may require a deposit to confirm the order before starting production.
1. Why We Require a Deposit
The deposit is used to confirm the customer’s commitment before Beitouti begins preparing the order.
Since many of our products require materials, printing, cutting, framing, packaging, and production planning, the deposit helps us reserve production capacity and start the preparation process.
2. When a Deposit Is Required
A deposit may be required for:
Custom-made products
Made-to-order wall frames
Special sizes
Personalized artwork or prints
Special colors or materials
Large orders
Wholesale orders
Products that require production before delivery
The deposit amount may vary depending on the product, order value, customization level, and production requirements.
3. When Production Starts
Production may start after the deposit is received and the order details are confirmed.
Order details may include:
Product type
Size
Color
Frame material
Artwork or design
Quantity
Delivery address
Customer confirmation
Once production starts, materials and operational resources may already be allocated to the order.
4. Cancelling Before Production Starts
If the customer cancels the order before production starts, the deposit may be fully refunded.
In some cases, if payment processing fees or administrative costs have already been charged by a third party, these costs may be deducted from the refunded amount.
5. Cancelling After Production Starts
If the customer cancels the order after production has started, the deposit may not be refundable.
This is because Beitouti may have already purchased materials, printed artwork, cut wood, reserved production time, or started preparing the product specifically for the customer.
6. Cancelling Custom-Made Orders
Custom-made and personalized orders are prepared based on the customer’s specific request.
Once production has started, custom-made orders cannot usually be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or different from the confirmed order details.
7. If Beitouti Cannot Fulfill the Order
If Beitouti is unable to fulfill the order for any reason, the customer will be notified, and the deposit will be refunded.
This may happen due to material unavailability, production limitations, artwork issues, or any unexpected operational reason.
8. Changes After Deposit Payment
If the customer requests changes after paying the deposit, Beitouti will review whether the change is possible.
Changes may include:
Changing size
Changing color
Changing design
Changing artwork
Changing quantity
Changing delivery details
If the change is requested before production starts, it may be accepted without extra cost, depending on the case.
If the change is requested after production has started, extra charges may apply, or the change may not be possible.
9. Delivery Refusal or No Response
If the customer refuses to receive the order, does not respond to delivery attempts, or cannot be reached after the product has been prepared, the deposit may not be refundable.
Beitouti may keep the order for a limited time and may contact the customer to arrange another delivery attempt. Additional delivery fees may apply.
10. Remaining Balance
The remaining balance must be paid before or upon delivery, depending on the agreed payment method.
Beitouti may withhold delivery if the remaining balance is not paid.
11. Deposit Proof
After the deposit is paid, the customer should keep proof of payment, such as:
Payment receipt
Bank transfer confirmation
Wallet transaction screenshot
Order confirmation message
Invoice or order number
This helps us track and confirm the payment quickly.
12. Important Note
By paying the deposit, the customer confirms that they understand and agree to this Deposit Policy, especially for made-to-order and custom-made products.
This policy is designed to protect both the customer and Beitouti by making the production and cancellation process clear from the beginning.
