Refund Policy
At Beitouti, every product is made with care to help you create a warmer and more beautiful home. We want you to be happy with your order, and we also want our refund policy to be clear and fair.
1. General Refund Eligibility
You may request a refund or return within 15 days from the date of delivery, provided that:
The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.
The item is returned with its original packaging and accessories.
You provide proof of purchase, such as an order number, receipt, or confirmation message.
Refund requests made after 15 days from delivery may not be accepted.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order.

Clear photos or videos of the issue
Photos of the packaging if the item arrived damaged
If the issue is confirmed to be caused by Beitouti, we will offer one of the following solutions:
Replacement of the item
Repair, if applicable
Refund
Replacement part, if suitable
In this case, Beitouti will cover the return or replacement cost.
3. Custom-Made and Made-to-Order Products
Many Beitouti products are made to order, customized, or prepared based on the customer’s selected size, color, design, or specifications.
Custom-made or made-to-order items may not be eligible for cancellation, return, or refund once production has started, unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Custom frame sizes
Custom artwork or prints
Personalized designs
Special colors or materials
Products manufactured specifically for the customer
4. Deposits and Order Confirmation Payments
For some made-to-order products, Beitouti may require a deposit to confirm the order before production starts.
If the customer cancels the order before production starts, the deposit may be refunded.
If the customer cancels the order after production has started, the deposit may not be refundable.
If Beitouti is unable to fulfill the order, the deposit will be refunded.
The purpose of the deposit is to confirm the customer’s commitment and cover preparation, materials, and production planning.
5. Change of Mind Returns
If you want to return an eligible product for reasons not related to product damage, defect, or error from Beitouti, such as change of mind, wrong choice of size, or no longer needing the item, the return may be accepted if the product is eligible and in original condition.
In this case, a 10% restocking and handling fee may be deducted from the refund amount.
The customer may also be responsible for return shipping or pickup costs.
6. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refund unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:
Custom-made products
Personalized products
Products made according to special customer specifications
Used or installed products
Products damaged due to misuse or incorrect handling
Clearance or final-sale items
Items returned without original packaging
7. Installation Service
If the customer requests installation service, the installation fee is non-refundable once the service has been completed.
If the product has been installed and then damaged due to misuse, movement, incorrect handling, or external factors after installation, it may not be eligible for refund.
8. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.
Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment provider, bank, or payment method.
9. Exchange Option
Instead of a refund, you may request an exchange for another product, size, or design, subject to availability and price difference.
If the new item is more expensive, the customer will pay the difference.
If the new item is cheaper, the difference may be refunded or kept as store credit, depending on the case.

Beitouti reserves the right to reject refund requests if the product does not meet the conditions stated in this policy.
This policy is designed to protect both the customer and Beitouti, especially because many of our products are made-to-order and prepared specifically for each customer.
